-You may not re-post my work without explicit, written permission if you have not commissioned it.

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission/request if I so choose

-You may not use my art in illegal or hateful ways regardless of if you commissioned it or not.

-You may not use my art for NFTs or AI training whether you commissioned the art or not.

-My work is only posted to the socials listed on this site. If you see it elsewhere, and it isn't properly credited or was not commissioned by the poster, you are encouraged to reach out to me directly, and I will resolve the matter.

-Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Partial Refunds of the original payment are possible, depending on the progress made on said commission. Full refunds are granted if the commission has not been started.

-Full refunds will also be given if I need to cancel the commission or otherwise cannot be completed.

-Failure to abide by these rules will lead to a refusal to conduct further business and a possible block. Unlicensed sale of my work or usage of it in a harmful manner may result in legal action.

-Will Not draw: Sexual/Fetish art, Drug related content, Work that promotes harmful ideologies (bigotry, nazi, zoo/pedophilia, etc)

-Any request to draw the prohibited content listed above will result in a refusal + block

-Will Draw: canon x canon character pairings, canon x oc, oc x oc, horror/gore, Humans/Humanoid characters, Backgrounds/Landscapes

-Anything not listed in either section, don't be afraid to ask! We can determine if it's something I can draw for you or not.
